One of the questions I often hear from women considering facilitator training is:
“Do I have to have it all together to be a Fembodiment™ Method facilitator?”
My answer is always the same: absolutely not.
Perfection isn’t a prerequisite for this work. In fact, it’s the opposite. The power of the Fembodiment™ Method lies in our willingness to be real, to be in process, to be women living in the fullness of our humanity, messy edges and all.
But here’s what is essential: you do need to live what you are facilitating.
That doesn’t mean you’ll never doubt yourself, have a difficult day, or fall into old patterns. It means you are committed to practicing, again and again, what you share with others. You embody the practices and processes, not as a performance, but as a lived experience that breathes through you.
Why living it matters
When women step into your space, they don’t need a flawless guide, they need a woman who is deeply grounded in her own embodiment, someone who knows the path not just from a manual but from the inside out.
When you live the work:
• You speak from truth.
• You create trust without having to “prove” anything.
• You become an invitation simply by being who you are.
The myth of “having it all together”
The cultural myth of the perfect coach, therapist, or facilitator does women a disservice. It suggests that only once we’ve “arrived” healed every wound, mastered every practice, can we hold space for others.
But life isn’t linear. Healing isn’t a final destination. And real female leadership comes not from perfection, but from presence.
A different kind of leadership
As a Fembodiment™ Method facilitator, your authority doesn’t come from being ahead of everyone else. It comes from your willingness to:
• Stay connected to your body.
• Practice what you facilitate.
• Be transparent about your humanness.
• Lead from lived truth, not performance.
When you live this way, women feel it. They relax. They see themselves in you. And they discover that they, too, can step into their own embodied power without needing to be “fixed” first.
Because this isn’t about having it all together. It’s about being deeply, authentically alive in your own body and offering that living example as a gift to others.
If this way of leading calls to you, the Fembodiment™ Method Facilitator Training is designed to support you in living and sharing this work with confidence. Over the two levels of the training, you’ll deepen your own embodiment while learning how to guide other women into theirs, not from perfection, but from presence.
This is your invitation to step into a different model of leadership, one that honours your lived experience and transforms it into a gift for others.
