One-day, in-person experiences for women ready to relearn how to connect with themself, to trust their body, their values, their boundaries, and how to feel their sexual energy as an authentic fully expressed person.  ​

Held on chosen Sundays throughout the year in Ocean Grove, each EmpowerHer Sunday is a unique invitation into the world of holistic sexology, exploring women's sexual wellness, intimacy, pelvic wisdom, and the full expression of the sexual self.

​Each experience is a standalone experience with a different topic that can create a roadmap home to yourself.
