With over 27 years of experience working with couples on issues related to sex, intimacy, and communication, I possess a deep understanding and expertise in addressing everyday challenges that arise in the realm of intimacy. Assisting couples in reconnecting and cherishing their love is a true passion of mine. It is a privilege to support your journey towards a happier and more connected way of living and loving a turned on life together.

During our sessions, you will have the time and space to cultivate new tools and practices for effective communication, deeper connection, and a more fully open and expressed relationship. Additionally, we will explore how to experience heightened levels of opening, intimacy, and love in your sex life.

Relationships can sometimes lose their spark and become stagnant. Couples often seek ideas to revive and invigorate their sexual experiences. At different ages and stages of life, challenges may arise that hinder a sense of intimate connection. This session provides an opportunity to re-discover new skills together.

I invite you and your intimate partner to embark on this journey of exploration and co-creation, crafting the relationship and experiences you genuinely desire. Through guided facilitation, you will confront your collaborative edges and uncover new discoveries.

During our sessions, you will learn a range of mindful sexuality practices aimed at creating a deeper level of intimacy with your partner. By incorporating mindful sexuality practices for couples and communication skills, I will assist you in learning how to enhance pleasure for both yourself and your partner. These mindful sexuality practices will enable you to give and receive in ways that enrich your shared experiences.

You will also acquire various physical and energetic mindful sexual practices designed to help you become more present with your partner, allowing your sexual encounters to deepen and expand in their level of intimacy. These practices and processes will enable you to forge a stronger connection and create more fulfilling sexual and orgasmic experiences together.

These sessions are designed for your growth and development and can re-educate you in how to:

Learn sensual and erotic embodiment touch techniques. (This is taught on educational props).

How to be present, grounded and centred during intimate situations.

Become an effective communicator in the bedroom.

Gain an understanding of what your partner wants, feels, needs, and desires.

Create a deep intimacy with your partner by learning about the power of informed agency and consent.

Learn how to re-connect mindfully and erotically with yourself and your partner.

How to embody love, presence and appreciation for each other on a whole new level.

Please note: I work with heterosexual couples and lesbian couples. There is no sexual gratification or intrusiveness of any kind during these sessions. The session is facilitated in a safe(r) professional space of authenticity and integrity. Your agency and consent are always respected. There is strictly no nudity. Some intimate practices are taught using educational props.

Please provide as much notice as possible when requesting your appointment time, as I am usually booked a week or two in advance.
