In my 30’s and even into my 40’s, ple🍁sure was something that was quietly missing from my life.

I didn’t fully realise it at the time because I was busy functioning, achieving, caring for others and holding everything together.

But inside my body there was a disconnect.

I had become very good at overriding myself, pushing through and living mostly from my head rather than from the wisdom and aliveness of my body.

It wasn’t until my middle 40’s and beyond that I began discovering how deeply healing ple🍂sure could be.

Not performative plea🍁sure.
Not pressure.
Not what women are taught ple🍂sure “should” look like.

I’m talking about the kind of ple🍁sure that softens your nervous system…
helps you breathe deeper…
feel safer in your body…
awakens your life force…
and brings warmth back to the parts of yourself that have gone numb through years of overgiving.

Ple🍁sure changed my life.

It changed the way I relate to myself.
The way I hold boundaries.
The way I trust my body.
The way I experience intimacy, freedom and being fully alive.

And now in this chapter of my life, as a woman at a certain stage of life I understand that ple🍂sure is not frivolous for women.

It can be deeply restorative.
Deeply healing.
And for many women… life changing.

It my big WHY in the training and 1:1 sessions I offer women.

So many women have learnt to override their bodies.
Push through.
Numb out.
Perform.
Keep giving while quietly disconnecting from themselves.

But pleasure is not something we earn once everything is done.
Pleasure is a relationship with ourselves.
A way of listening.
A way of coming home to the body.

This is why I teach simple practices like this inside The Fembodiment™️ Method.

Not to “fix” women – but to support women in reconnecting with their body, emotions, needs, boundaries, sensuality and capacity to receive.

✨ Tune in.
✨ Check in.
✨ Notice what genuinely feels good.
✨ Soften your body enough to receive yourself again.

Sometimes the most powerful thing a woman can do is pause long enough to ask:

“How do I actually feel right now?”

Your body has wisdom.
Your ple@sure matters.
And you are allowed to take up space in your own life.
